When you contact us

If you email us, we use the information you provide to answer your request, prepare a proposal where relevant and keep an appropriate business record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials by email.

Relevant business outreach

We may review public information about an established company and send one relevant business proposal to a generic corporate address such as info@ or office@. We use this information to identify a specific, current issue in a public customer journey and explain a narrowly scoped service that could address it. We do not buy contact lists, guess personal email addresses, use tracking pixels or build behavioural profiles for this purpose.

Our research may include the company name, legal form and registration details, website, public corporate contact details and an internal record of the observed website issue. Sources may include the company's own website, official company registers and current public business directories. Where this information includes personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in offering relevant services to organisations, balanced against the limited nature of the contact and your right to object at any time.

Technical information

Our hosting providers may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and requested pages, to operate and secure the website and provide aggregate traffic data. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and sharing

Prospect research that does not lead to a conversation is normally deleted or anonymised within 90 days after the last message. Correspondence may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, or longer where a contract, accounting rule or legal claim requires it. If you object, we keep only the minimum suppression record needed to ensure that ASCENDANT does not contact that address again.

We do not sell contact information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our email, hosting and business administration under contractual and data-protection safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, restriction or deletion where applicable, or object to direct marketing at any time. The simplest option is to reply "No" to our message, or email info@ascendant.lv. We will stop marketing contact and add the address to our suppression list. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate or the data protection authority in your country.
